SD Studio is an independent residential design practice based in Durango, Colorado, specializing in thoughtful, client-focused home design. Founded by Meghan Cihasky in 2024, the studio emphasizes creativity, clarity, and a grounded approach to each project.

Meghan graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Environmental Design, majoring in Architecture with a Landscape Design focus. During her studies, she honed her conceptual design skills and developed a deep passion for creating architecture that is functional, holistic, and aesthetically engaging, while exploring sustainable and inventive materials.

Since graduation, Meghan has continued to refine her expertise by listening closely to clients’ needs and helping bring their dream spaces to life. Whether through detailed 3D modeling and renderings or precise construction drawings, her work reflects a consistent commitment to creativity, craft, and thoughtful problem-solving.

Meghan’s love for architecture extends to a broader passion for art, the outdoors, and creating timeless, handmade pieces.
