2022 Capstone project at CU Boulder — this design was selected for construction at the Lama Foundation in Taos, New Mexico. The project’s intention was to harness the sun and create a structure that feels truly connected to its environment. The final build combined natural materials including hay bales, hemp, and stucco to achieve a warm, sustainable finish.
