A full exterior remodel located on the historic grid neighborhood in Durango, this design reimagines a modest home with warm, craftsman-inspired detail and a cohesive mix of wood, stone, steel and natural colors. The design balances neighborhood character with improved function and form, developed in tandem with a successful variance approval to address site constraints.
